Our Turmeric Latte Mix and Shroom Magic Mix are caffeine free however 3/4 tsp of our Matcha + Lions Mane contains about 30mg of Caffeine. 

One cup of brewed coffee (8 oz) contains about 70–140 mg of caffeine, or about 95 mg on average. Matcha also contains the phytonutrient, L-theanine so the caffeine is released at a much slower rate without suffering the consequences of a caffeine spike.

60% of our Turmeric Latte Mix is made from high quality, finely ground turmeric containing 5% curcumin. Every serve (1/2 Tsp or 2g) of Turmeric Latte Mix contains 1200mg of Turmeric and 60mg of Curcumin.

Our high quality Organic Turmeric contains 5% Curcumin (about double the amount of curcumin found in most store-bought turmeric). Most culinary grade Turmeric will contain 2% to 3% curcumin.

The fungi lock their immune activating polysaccharides and beta-glucans in chitin cell walls, which are indigestible to humans. Hot water extraction allows the chitinous cell walls to break so we can reap all of the benefits!
