At Nature’s Harvest, we want you to be absolutely satisfied with your products. That’s why we offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on first-time orders — applicable to one small bag per flavor only.

To request a return or refund, please contact our customer service team at team@mynaturesharvest.com within 30 days of delivery.

What’s Refundable?

  • One small pack (30 serves) of each flavor for first-time customers.
  • Refunds will be issued excluding a shipping and handling fee, even if shipping was offered free at checkout.
  • Orders older than 30 days are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Subscription shipments after your first order are not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation once charged.
  • Refund requests outside this policy will be reviewed at the discretion of our team.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds where policy abuse is suspected.

Refunds on Multipack Purchases

If you purchased a multipack at a discounted bundle price and would like to return one or more items under our 30-day Money Back Guarantee:

  • ⁠Unopened packs must be returned at your expense before a refund can be processed.
  • A shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount, even if your original order qualified for free shipping.
  • The cost of return shipping to us is not covered.
  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned packs have been received. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide tracking details to confirm the product’s delivery to us.
